Bronti (Sic. Bronti, It. Bronte) is a dessert called after the town of Bronti located in sunny Sicily. This is the place of the traditional "Green Gold", or Pistachio Festival. The dessert consists of tender sponge cake, a layer of ripe and juicy caramelized pear and pistachio-flavoured cream. Normally, Bronti is decorated with soft and crispy biscuits or chocolate. The harmonious combination of tastes awakens unforgettable emotions and will bring you a part of Italy.

Ingredients: drinking water, sugar, cream, sweet vegetable cream(drinking water, hydrogenated vegetable fats, sugar, dairy proteins, emulsifiers – soy lecithin, microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer – carboxymethylcellulose, salt, food colouring – carotene), sponge cake (sugar, wheat flour, chicken eggs, glucose fructose syrup, corn starch, cocoa powder, skim milk powder), chicken eggs, preserved pears, Mascarpone cheese at least 5 % (cream, whole milk, acidity regulator - citric acid), biscuit 1.6 %, thickener (modified corn starch), starch syrup, butter, jellifying agent (edible gelatine), dark chocolate paste 0.5 %, preservative (potassium sorbate), natural colours (sugar colouring I, chlorophyllin copper complexes, curcumines), “Pistachio” flavour, acidity regulator (citric acid). Nutrition facts (per 100 g): proteins – 3.4 g, carbohydrates – 23.4 g, fats – 9.6 g. Food energy value (per 100 g) – 809.2 kJ (193.6 kcal). Shelf life and storage conditions: 28 days at 0°С - 6°С and relative humidity up to 75%. Net weight: 105 g ± 4.5 g.
