Montiano is a dessert devoted to a picturesque area in Italy – the town of Montiano. The dessert is based on two biscuit layers, joined with thick chocolate cream, while the upper layer is decorated with fine chocolate topping. This sophisticated confectionary masterpiece will perfectly suit winter nights as well as hot summer days.

Ingredients: cream, sugar, sweet vegetable cream (drinking water, hydrogenated vegetable fats, sugar, dairy proteins, emulsifiers – soy lecithin, microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer – carboxymethylcellulose, salt, food colouring – carotene), hard dough biscuits (wheat flour, shortening (refined bleached deodorized vegetable oils and fats, emulsifiers – polyoxyethylene, Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, antioxidant butylhydroxy toluene), invert syrup (sugar, acidity regulators – citric acid, sodium hydro-carbonate), sugar, corn starch, salt, soy flour, skim milk powder, baking powder  – sodium hydro-carbonate), dark chocolate paste (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, emulsifier soy lecithin, “Vanillin” flavour), drinking water, Mascarpone cheese at least 5% (cream, whole milk, acidity regulator – citric acid), cocoa powder, jellifying agent (edible gelatine), preservative (potassium sorbate), “Cream-Vanilla” flavour. Nutrition facts (per 100 g): proteins – 4.2 g, carbohydrates – 30.4 g, fats – 17.3 g. Food energy value (per 100 g) – 1229.3 kJ (294,1 kcal). Shelf life and storage conditions: 28 days at 0°С - 6°С and relative humidity up to 75%. Net weight: 90 g ± 4.5 g.
