Ingredients: Panna Cotta 78 % (cream at least 57 %, chicken eggs, drinking water, sugar, rum (sugarcane rum alcohol, drinking water), jellifying agent – edible gelatine, preservative – potassium sorbate, “Vanilla-cream” flavour); caramelized pear 22 % (drinking water, sugar, preserved pears at least 5 %, cream, starch syrup, butter, thickener – modified corn starch, natural food colouring – sugar colouring I, preservative – potassium sorbate). Nutrition facts (per 100 g): proteins – 3.6 g, carbohydrates – 18.6 g, fats – 13.8 g. Food energy value (per 100 g) – 891.2 kJ (213.0 kcal). Contains alcohol up to 0.8 %. Shelf life and storage conditions: 28 days at 0°С - 6°С and relative humidity up to 75%. Net weight: 120 g ± 5.4 g.
