Tiramisu – is the Italian multilayered dessert which contains the elegance and ability of cookery schools in Europe. Great thanks to the combination of bitter and sweet tastes gives you the sense of lightness, piquancy and the fascination. Ingredients: sweet vegetable cream (drinking water, hydrogenated vegetable fats, sugar, dairy proteins (up to 0.5 %), emulsifiers – soy lecithin, microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer – carboxymethylcellulose, salt, food colouring - carotene), drinking water, cream, sugar, sponge cake (sugar, wheat flour, chicken eggs, glucose fructose syrup, corn starch, cocoa powder, skim milk powder), chicken eggs, Mascarpone cheese at least 5 % (cream, whole milk, acidity regulator - citric acid), Baileys liqueur (rectified ethyl alcohol, cream, whiskey, sugar), rum (sugarcane rum alcohol, drinking water), cocoa powder, thickener (edible gelatine), natural ground roasted coffee at least 0.35 %, thickener (modified corn starch), preservative (potassium sorbate), instant coffee, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavours (“Tiramisu” “Baileys”). Contains alcohol up to 1 %. Nutrition facts (per 100 g): proteins – 4.7 g, carbohydrates – 18.7 g, fats – 12.0 g. Food energy value (per 100 g) – 843.5 kJ (201.6 kcal). Shelf life and storage conditions: 28 days at 0°С - 6°С and relative humidity up to 75%. Net weight: 80 g ± 4.5 g.
