Trifle is a classic English dessert on the basis of biscuit, cream and chocolate glaze. Trifle gained especial popularity in England. Despite its plain name, this dessert always delights with its delicate flavour, being a true masterpiece of the higher cooking school of Europe.

Ingredients: cream, sugar, sponge cake 11 % (sugar, wheat flour, chicken eggs, glucose fructose syrup, corn starch, cocoa powder, skim milk powder), drinking water, sweet vegetable cream (drinking water, hydrogenated vegetable fats, sugar, dairy proteins (up to 0.5 %), emulsifiers – soy lecithin, microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer – carboxymethylcellulose, salt, food colouring - carotene), chicken eggs, Mascarpone cheese at least 5 % (cream, whole milk, acidity regulator - citric acid), extra dark chocolate at least 3.3 % (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, emulsifier – soy lecithin, “Vanilla” flavour), butter, thickeners (edible gelatine, modified corn starch), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural food colouring (sugar colouring I), acidity regulator (citric acid). Nutrition facts (per 100 g): proteins – 4.2 g, carbohydrates – 18.2 g, fats – 12.5 g. Food energy value (per 100 g) – 845,6 kJ (202,1 kcal). Contains alcohol up to 0.4 %. Shelf life and storage conditions: 28 days at 0°С - 6°С and relative humidity up to 75%. Net weight: 100 g ± 4.5 g.
